Taking lukewarm water also clears the stomach well. We should avoid the intake of tea as an empty stomach in the morning. This causes problems like indigestion.

2. Exercise

We should also do exercise after cleansing the stomach in the morning, because a different energy enters the body. We should do things like yoga, running, etc. So that our body can remain fit.

3. Healthy breakfast

We should our day with protein and fiber rich food. So that there is no lack of strength in the body. We must include fruits and green vegetables in our break fast.

4. Sugar

We should minimize the intake of sugar. Due to excessive intake of sugar, it has a bad effect in the body. Fat starts increasing in the body. We should consume carbohydrate and fruits instead of sugar.

5. We should consume 6 to 8 glasses of water daily. A good person has take a sleep of 6 to 8 hours.
